Sec. 128.17. Grand juries; number; terms

- The Chief Administrator of the Courts, in consultation and agreement with the presiding justice of the appropriate Appellate Division, shall designate:(a) the number of grand juries to be drawn and empanelled for each term of the Supreme Court or county court established within the judicial department; and(b) such additional grand juries as may be required.
