Sec. 205.15. Submission of orders for signature

- Proposed orders, with proof of service on all parties, must be submitted for signature, unless otherwise directed by the court, within 30 days after the signing and filing of the decision directing that the order be settled or submitted. Proposed orders in child protective proceedings and permanency hearing pursuant to articles 10 and 10-A of the Family Court Act, respectively, must be submitted for signature immediately, but in no event later than 14 days of the earlier of the court's oral announcement of its decision or signing and filing of its decision, unless otherwise directed by the court, provided, however, that proposed orders pursuant to section 1022 of the Family Court Act must be submitted for signature immediately, but in no event later than the next court date following the removal of the child. Orders in termination of parental rights proceedings pursuant to article 6 of the Family Court Act or section 384-b of the Social Services Law shall be settled not more than 14 days after the earlier of the Family Court's oral announcement of its decision or signing and filing of its decision.
