Sec. 210.43. Powers of clerks

- In accordance with UCCA 105(a), the following shall each have the power to administer oaths, take acknowledgments and sign the process or mandate of the court:(a) clerks;(b) deputy clerks;(c) assistant clerks;(d) any other nonjudicial person designated by order of the Chief Administrator of the Courts.
