Sec. 510.13. Notice to the Attorney General
Latest version.
- Unless such notice has already been given pursuant to section 510.9(c) of this Part, where a party or an amicus asserts in its brief on appeal that a statute, or a portion of a statute, is unconstitutional, notice shall be given to the Attorney General in writing at the time the party or amicus files its brief, and a certification of the notification shall be included in the brief. The notification and a copy of the brief shall be sent to the Solicitor General, Department of Law, The Capitol, Albany, NY 12224-0341.
