- (a) Motions may be noticed for any day of the term and must be submitted without oral argument. The appropriate county clerk's index number must appear on all motion papers.(b) If an appeal on the calendar is affected by the motion, the calendar number of the appeal must be stated on the moving papers.(c) All moving and opposing papers, with proof of service, shall be filed with the clerk on or before the return day at 10 a.m. and submitted without oral argument.
