Sec. 1220.5. Compliance with mediation agreement
Latest version.
- Compliance with the terms of the mediation agreement shall result in dismissal of the complaint by the disciplinary office. An attorney's failure to comply with the terms of the mediated agreement shall constitute “conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice” and shall result in the complaint being investigated as a disciplinary matter under the appropriate Appellate Division rules. A complainant's failure to comply with the terms of the mediated agreement shall result in the dismissal of the complaint.
