Sec. 1245.10. Rejection of non-compliant documents; modification of electronic filing procedures

(a) Rejection of documents.
The clerk may refuse to accept for filing or e-filing any document that does not comply with this Part or any applicable statute, rule or order, or is otherwise unsuitable for filing, and may direct that the document be refiled.
(b) Modification of procedures.
The court or its designee may at any time modify or discontinue e-filing in a matter for good cause shown.
