A petition alleging that Respondent is a Person in Need of Supervision, as defined in Article 7 of the Family Court Act, has been filed in this Court, and this Court has found that one or more of the grounds exist for issuance of a warrant as specified in the Family Court Act.
YOU ARE THEREFORE COMMANDED forthwith to arrest the above-named Respondent and bring him or her to this Court to be dealt with according to law.
If you take the Respondent into custody under the authority of this warrant, you shall, with all reasonable speed, bring the Respondent directly to the Family Court or, if the Court is not in session, then to a local non-secure detention facility certified by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services as a proper facility for the reception of Persons in Need of Supervision or, in New York City, to a foster care facility established and maintained under the Social Services Law and approved for the reception of Persons in Need of Supervision.
