It appearing that the juvenile delinquency proceeding was terminated in favor of the Respondent as defined in subdivision 2 of section 375.1 of the Family Court Act; and
It appearing further that (a) (no) motion has been made by the (Presentment Agency) (Court sua sponte) that the interests of justice require that the records herein not be sealed (and notice having been duly given to Respondent); and
(It appearing further that it has (not) been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Court that the interests of justice so require);
NOW therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED, that all official records and papers, including judgments and orders of the court, but not including public court decisions or opinions or records and briefs on appeal, relating to the arrest, the prosecution and the probation service proceedings, including all duplicates of copies thereof, on file with the Court, police agency, probation service and Presentment Agency (not) be sealed and (not made available to any person or public or private agency.)
