- (a) Not later than six months after a volunteer ambulance worker becomes a participant in a service award program, the administrator shall provide to the ambulance company of which the participant is a member, and promptly thereafter the ambulance company shall provide to the participant, a summary of the program's provisions as adopted by the sponsor of the program.(b) In the event that a material modification is made to a service award program, the administrator shall provide to each ambulance company a copy of the modification within six months after the date on which the modification is adopted or the date on which the modification takes effect, whichever is later, and promptly thereafter each ambulance company shall provide a copy of the modification to each participant who is a member of the company.
