Sec. 142.5. Posting of utilization plans

- (a) Upon execution of a State contract, State agencies shall post the utilization plan or waiver consistent with sections 141.6(b) and 142.7(e) of this Part, if granted, and the following information on the State agency’s website within 10 days after approval by a State agency:(1) the name and address of the contractor;(2) the contract number;(3) the project number, if applicable;(4) the contract award date;(5) the estimated date of completion;(6) the amount obligated under the contract;(7) a description of work required by the State contract as provided to the Comptroller of the State, where applicable;(8) the name and address of certified enterprises referenced in the utilization plan and contract work they shall perform; and(9) a description of any waivers granted.(b) After commencement of contract work, any waivers of compliance issued by the contracting agency or modifications to the utilization plan shall be posted on the State agency’s website within 10 days of the contracting agency making such a decision.
