Sec. 227-2.1. Applicability

- The provisions of this Subpart apply to owners and operators of major facilities of NOx that contain any of the following types of emission sources:(a) very large boilers;(b) large boilers;(c) mid-size boilers;(d) small boilers;(e) combustion turbines;(f) stationary internal combustion engines; and(g) other combustion installations.
