(a) This Part adopts limits on the emissions of greenhouse gases from across the State and all sectors of the State economy for the years 2030 and 2050, as a percentage of 1990 emission levels of 60 percent and 15 percent, respectively, as established in the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, chapter 106 of the Laws of 2019.
