Sec. 641.2. Designation of employees who shall enforce article 33 of the Environmental Conservation Law and those portions of article 15 dealing with the use of chemicals in water

Employees of the Department of Environmental Conservation having the titles of pesticide control inspector, senior pesticide control inspector or supervising pesticide control inspector are designated to enforce the provisions of article 33 and section 15-0313(4) of the Environmental Conservation Law, and the rules, regulations and orders enacted or promulgated thereunder, as provided by section 71-0201 of the Environmental Conservation Law.
