Sec. 100.92. Rochester Correctional Facility

- (a) There shall be in the department a facility to be known as the Rochester Correctional Facility, which shall be located at Rochester, in Monroe County, New York, and which shall consist of the land and buildings at 470 Ford Street, formerly occupied by a Division for Youth center.(b) Rochester Correctional Facility shall be a correctional facility for males of the age of 18 years or older.(c) Rochester Correctional Facility shall be classified as a minimum security correctional facility, to be used for the following functions:(1) residential treatment facility; and(2) work release facility.
