Sec. 100.94. Albion Correctional Facility

- (a) There shall be in the department an institution to be known as Albion Correctional Facility, which shall be located in Albion, Orleans County, New York, and which shall consist of the property under the jurisdiction of the department at that location.(b) Albion Correctional Facility shall be a facility for females 18 years of age or older.(c) Albion Correctional Facility shall be classified as a medium security correctional facility to be used for the following functions:(1) general confinement facility;(2) work release facility;(3) residential treatment facility; and(4) alcohol and substance treatment correctional annex.
