Sec. 251-5.4. Outside representative requests

- (a) Outside representatives may make one written request for postponement for rescheduling or additional employee assistance requests, provided that such request is submitted by email with the notice of outside representation and reasonably describe the assistance sought.(b) Reasonable postponement requests may be granted dependent upon the scheduling needs of the facility; however, such postponements may not exceed 14 calendar days from the charged initial placement in segregated confinement.
