Sec. 22.8. Time of examination

Literacy tests shall be administered as follows:
(a) At local registration, on the days designated for local registration of voters and on any additional days designated by the superintendent of schools and at hours designated by the superintendent of schools.
(b) At central registration, on the days when central registration is permitted and at any time during business hours.
