In order to be eligible for a provisional certificate such candidates shall be required to meet all other requirements for the provisional certificate as prescribed in this Part, which may include but are not limited to an examination requirement.(5) A candidate who meets provisional certification requirements through meeting the requirements of this subdivision shall be required to meet the regular requirements for permanent certification set forth in this Part.
