Sec. 113.15. Verification of appeal papers

  • (a) All appeal papers other than memoranda of law must be verified by the party in whose name said papers are filed. When an appeal is taken by a community board the appeal papers must be verified by a member of such board who is familiar with the facts underlying the appeal, pursuant to a resolution of the community board.
    (b) The affidavit of verification shall be in the following form:
