Sec. 169.1. Scope of Part

The purpose of this Part is to establish standards for the use of such funds as may be made available by the Legislature to support training programs for New York State business and industry for the purpose of maintaining and expanding the economic base of the State. The provisions of this Part shall be applicable only for those years in which money is appropriated by the Legislature for the employer specific training grant program.
