Sec. 169.5. Matching of grants

For purposes of matching State grants as required by Education Law, section 3032(4)(a), and subject to the approval of the commissioner, local education agencies may use other State funds, local funds, Federal funds, and cash and in-kind services provided by business, industry, or other organizations to support a particular training project.
