Sec. 193.3. School district supervision of juveniles

  • (a) The board of education or board of trustees shall designate a school administrator or teacher to supervise the juvenile. It shall be the duty of such school administrator or teacher to monitor all working conditions for compliance with the provisions of this Part and with the terms of the written statement.
    (b) A written report shall be made at least every six months to the Family Court and to the appropriate probation department or agency which submits probation recommendations or reports, unless the Family Court orders otherwise.
