Sec. 328.10. Appointment

Vice chancellors and deputies to the chancellor shall be appointed by the board of trustees after receiving the recommendation of the chancellor; such officers shall serve at the pleasure of the board of trustees. All other executive and administrative officers shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the chancellor or designee.
