Each campus of the State University shall be a member institution according to the following: the graduate division at each of the doctoral degree granting institutions; the undergraduate division at each of the doctoral degree granting institutions; each of the other State-operated campuses; each community college; New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University; and one from the four statutory colleges at Cornell University.
