(a) Award means general awards, academic performance awards and fellowships as these terms are defined in section 2200.2 of Subchapter C of this Chapter.
(b) Institution means college or vocational institution as these terms are defined by section 2001.1 of this Subchapter.
(c) Student means any award recipient who has received payment of an award as defined herein either directly or on his behalf.
