Sec. 2102.4. Audit report

A report outlining the findings of the auditors will be sent to the lender or school for comment. Until the lender or school responds within a reasonable time not to exceed 90 days, the report will remain confidential. Unless the lender or school shows cause why the report should not be made public, it will become a public record.
