Sec. 2203.2. Concurrent use of awards

An academic performance award may not be held concurrently with any other award or benefit deemed duplicative pursuant to section 145-1.11 of this Title. Candidates for academic performance awards who will receive an award or benefit of the type prohibited by section 145-1.11 of this Title, after acceptance of an academic performance award and filing of a payment application, shall notify the corporation immediately and shall be responsible for the repayment of any monies previously paid in error.
