Awards made pursuant to the provisions of this Subchapter by the corporation are made based upon information provided to the corporation by the applicant and by the institution of attendance. Applicants and institutions of attendance shall be responsible for the accuracy of information provided the corporation in accordance with the guidelines specified hereinafter in this Part.
