Sec. 2212.3. Payment

Awards made pursuant to this Part shall be paid, where applicable, on prorated basis for each semester, quarter or other term of attendance, as designated by the corporation. Each such term payment shall be paid by the corporation directly to the award recipient's institution of attendance, on behalf of such award recipient, after the institution has certified the award recipient's eligibility to the corporation pursuant to section 2212.2 of this Part.
