Consistent with the requirements of Public Health Law, article 27-F, its implementing regulations, Part 7064 of this Title, and this Part, the commission shall obtain, retain and disclose only such HIV- and AIDS-related information as is relevant and necessary to accomplish the mandates of the commission and as authorized by article 3 of the Correction Law, Executive Order, or any other statutory provision.
