Sec. 7202.10. Denial of request for a record or amendment or correction of a record or personal information

Denial of a request for records or amendment of correction of a record or personal information shall:
(a) state the specific facts and reasons for the denial; and
(b) advise the requestor of the right to appeal such denial to the State Commission of Correction.
