Sec. 7202.14. Accounting of disclosures

(a) The commission shall keep an accounting of all disclosures made pursuant to paragraphs (d), (i) and (l) of subdivision 1 of section 96 of the Public Officers Law.
(b) Such accounting shall be retained as part of the record disclosed for five years after disclosure of the record or the life of the record disclosed, whichever is longer.
