Sec. 7427.4. Media’s access to the residents

OCFS may grant representatives of the media access to the facility consistent with preserving resident privacy and maintaining the safety, security and good order of the facility and resident treatment and rehabilitation programs. Any resident under the age of 18 years must have written approval from a parent or legal guardian for contact with the media.
