Sec. 150.7. Application of performance evaluation procedures to employees in nongraded positions

Employees in the Security Supervisors Negotiating Unit in positions not allocated to a salary grade are eligible for performance advancement payments in a manner similar to persons in graded positions in this same negotiating unit if the positions of such employees are equated to a salary grade by the Director of the Budget.
