(a) The division shall transmit copies of all requests for appeals, on receipt of the request, to the Committee on Public Access to Records, Department of State, 41 State Street, Albany, NY 12231.
(b) The division shall transmit decisions of appeals to the Committee on Public Access to Records within seven workdays of the receipt of a request for an appeal.
