Sec. 272.7. Miscellaneous regulations

(a) Each license shall expire at the end of the calendar year in which issued unless the same is issued subsequent to September 1st of any calendar year in which event it shall expire at the end of the succeeding calendar year.
(b) Each license shall be accepted in writing by the licensee before it shall become effective.
(c) No license may be assigned or transferred without the written permission of the Commissioner of General Services.
