Sec. 465.9. Injunctions

- (a) At any time after the filing of a complaint, the commissioner, by the regional director, director of regional affairs or the division attorney, may seek an injunction against the doing or procuring of any act tending to render ineffectual any order the commissioner may enter in the proceeding, in the manner provided by section 297, subdivision 6, of the New York State Human Rights Law.(b) The seeking of such an injunction may be on the division's own motion or on request of a party or attorney.
