Sec. 466.4. Posting of notices by volunteer fire departments and volunteer fire companies

- (a) Every volunteer fire department and volunteer fire company subject to the Human Rights Law shall post and maintain at its fire houses, fire stations, offices and meeting halls notices furnished by the Division of Human Rights, indicating the substantive provisions of the Human Rights Law, relating to membership in volunteer fire departments and volunteer fire companies, the places where complaints may be filed, and such other information as the Division of Human Rights deems pertinent.(b) Such notices must be posted conspicuously in easily accessible and well-lighted places customarily frequented by volunteer firemen and applicants for membership in volunteer fire departments and volunteer fire companies.
