Sec. 578.14. Effective date of this Part

Latest version.

This Part shall take effect May, 1, 1983, except that:
(a) as to those activities referred to in sections 573.7(b)(1)(ii) and 573.7(e)(1) of this Title in coniferous swamps, it shall take effect August 1, 1983; and
(b) it shall apply to State agencies immediately.
