Sec. 1801.1. Approval of urban renewal plan

No resolution authorizing the acquisition of real property shall be adopted by a municipality or agency until an urban renewal plan has been approved by the governing body, either for the entire designated area or for a part or portion of the designated area, as is proposed for acquisition, unless early acquisition is to be undertaken.
