Sec. 1802.1. Notification and method

(a) Notification of intention to dispose of project real property shall be given to the commissioner by the agency before any final steps are taken to dispose of same. Such notification shall identify the property and the method of disposition.
(b) The method of disposition shall be by public auction or by sealed bid unlessthe disposition is to be made pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of subdivision 2 of section 507 of the Law.
(c) Until an urban renewal plan is approved, no property in an urban renewal area, acquired during early acquisition, shall be sold.
