Parts 2000 through 2002 set forth the procedures and requirements relating to the Housing Commissioner's recommendation of approval of land acquisition to the commissioner pursuant to subdivision 2 of section 15.03 of the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law for the establishment or expansion of neighborhood parks and are promulgated pursuant to subdivision 3(c) of section 15.03 of said law.
