Sec. 2608.2. Reapplication review

(a) All reapplications will be logged in with date received, name of applicant, amount of funding requested.
(b) All applicants will be sent an acknowledgment letter.
(c) Neighborhood preservation companies submitting incomplete applications will not have their applications evaluated and may be subject to a delay in funding.
(d) Late reapplication submissions may result in the delay, reduction or loss of funding.
(e) All complete applications will be reviewed for eligibility. Neighborhood preservation companies must recertify eligibility on an annual basis, using the latest relevant, verifiable data. Significant changes in eligibility data may preclude contract renewal.
