Sec. 2831.3. Selection process

(a) Applications must be completed in full. Incomplete applications will be returned and will not be considered in the funding cycle.
(b) Each application submitted in response to requests for proposals will be reviewed to determine compliance with the eligibility provisions of this Subchapter.
(c) Each application that satisfies the eligibility provisions of this Subchapter will be evaluated and ranked.
