PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 347.10(a)(9), (b) and (c) of Title 18 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Social Services Law, sections 20(3)(d), 34(3)(f), 111-a and 111-i

Subject:

Child support standards chart.

Purpose:

To update the child support calculations formula as reflected in the child support standards chart.
