PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of sections 2100.9, 2104.5, 2104.6, 2200.2, 2204.5 and 2204.6 of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:

Subject:
Regulations govern implementation of the Rent Control Laws.
Purpose:
To comply with the Marriage Equality Act.
