PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 12/15/11, the PSC adopted an order denying the petition of Utility Rate Analysis Consultants for a Cease and Desist Order against Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.

The Commission, on December 15, 2011 adopted an order denying the petition of Utility Rate Analysis Consultants for a Cease and Desist Order against Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
