    Prisoner Population Counts
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Amendment of sections 7003.5 and 7003.6 of Title 9 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Correction Law, section 45(6) and (15)
    Subject:
    Prisoner population counts.
    Purpose:
    To eliminate the requirement for overlapping officer shifts in conducting prisoner population counts.
