PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Addition of section 525.3(h); and amendment of section 525.9 of Title 9 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Executive Law, sections 623(3) and 626(1)
Subject:
Attorney's fees for representation before the office and/or before the appellate division upon judicial review.
Purpose:
The purpose of this rule change is to limit attorney's fees pursuant to article 22 of the Executive Law.
